The Newcastle United right-back wasn’t named in the initial 26-man squad on Thursday but a number of injuries has forced interim manager Lee Carsley into a reshuffle.
A hamstring injury to Liverpool’s Trent Alexander-Arnold has ultimately led to Livramento being promoted from the under-21s, while Morgan Rogers, Jarrod Bowen, Jarrad Branthwaite and James Trafford also come in with Levi Colwill, Phil Foden, Jack Grealish, Cole Palmer, Aaron Ramsdale, Declan Rice and Bukayo Saka dropping out.

It was feared Gordon would need to withdraw from Three Lions squad after going off with a hip complaint in Sunday’s 3-1 win at Nottingham Forest. However, the 23-year-old is set stay with the team after arriving at St George’s Park on Monday.
Gordon has earned seven caps for England while Hall and Livramento are still awaiting their first caps.
Carsley’s side travel to Athens on Thursday to face Greece before hosting the Republic of Ireland at Wembley on Sunday.
