Graham Potter says Brighton and Hove Albion have no fresh injury concerns ahead of today’s Premier League meeting with Newcastle United.

However, the Seagulls do remain without one key player - and that is midfielder Jakub Moder.

The Poland international has been sidelined since April after rupturing his ACL during a 0-0 draw against Norwich City at the Amex Stadium.

Moder has undergone two operations to repair his knee - and is unlikely to return until 2023.

Despite the 23-year-old’s absence, the positive for Potter is every player who featured during the 2-1 win at Manchester United on the opening day is available.

Potter was keen to single out Danny Welbeck’s form when asked for the latest on the injury front.

“There are no injuries, no problems,” Potter said. “We’ve got the same squad available as we did last weekend.

“Danny (Welbeck) is in the best condition he’s been in since I’ve been working with him.

“Everyone looks up to him and he’s playing really well. We’re just happy he’s enjoying his football.”
