The Champions League group stage draw has taken place with Newcastle United handed a ‘group of death’

Newcastle United have been drawn into the Champions League ‘group of death’ against Paris Saint-Germain, Borussia Dortmund and AC Milan.

The Magpies, participating in Europe’s most elite competition for the first time in 20 years, were drawn into Group F, consisting of three European giants.

Matchday one: September 19 and 20.

Matchday two: October 3 and 4.

Matchday three: October 24 and 25.

Matchday 4: November 7 and 8.

Matchday five: November 28 and 29.

Matchday six: December 12 and 13.

Details on when and where Newcastle’s group games will take place are released on Saturday morning.
