Kieran Trippier could make his Newcastle United return against Manchester City next Sunday.
The England right-back has been sidelined since mid-February with a broken metatarsal - sustained in the 1-0 win over Aston Villa.

Trippier, at the time, was just five games into his Magpies career following his £12million January move from Atletico Madrid.
And he made a huge impact, scoring two free-kicks in as many games against Everton and Villa.
Emil Krafth has stood in for the 31-year-old - starting 10 of the 12 games without him - ahead of Javier Manquillo.

Trippier’s inclusion for the trip to the Etihad Stadium will depend on how he fares in training this week.
“We’ll see how his training week progresses,” Eddie Howe said, when asked about a potential return against Pep Guardiola’s men.

“Yes, that training session was Friday, so he was never going to be in contention to play today.
“We’ll see how he progresses during the week.”
Trippier teased his return on Instagram, posting a video with the caption “Loading... @nufc”.
