Everton have declared their interest in striking a £30million deal for Newcastle United and West Ham target Armando Broja.
The Albanian international is locked in talks with Chelsea over his future after a successful season-long loan spell at Southampton last season.

Broja is reportedly set to link up with Thomas Tuchel’s squad in the US this week ahead of friendlies with Club America, Charlotte FC and Arsenal.

However, that doesn’t guarantee he will remain at Stamford Bridge, with the Evening Standard reporting it is likely that the 20-year-old will be sold.

It is claimed Everton have “declared their interest in a £30m deal”, while Newcastle have “serious interest” after a deal for Hugo Ekitike stalled.
If Broja is to leave the Blues, the striker reportedly favours a permanent move, rather than a third consecutive loan after spells at Vitesse and Southampton.
It’s not known whether Newcastle prefer a loan deal with a potential purchase clause, or sign the player permanently this summer.

The Magpies were prepared to pay around £25million to £30m to Reims for Ekitike before talks with Ekitike’s agent reached an impasse.
