Everton v Newcastle United early team news: Three big injury doubts as six players ruled out

Everton v Newcastle United team news ahead of tonight’s Premier League clash.

Newcastle United will be without one of their key players this evening - while a few others are facing late fitness tests.

Allan Saint-Maximin won’t be available for the fourth successive match as he continues his recovery from a hamstring injury.

The 25-year-old has been back at the Magpies’ training ground this week after spending just over a fortnight in France but the visit to Everton comes too soon.

United head coach Eddie Howe revealed he’ll make late calls on a few players, including Fabian Schar, who limped out of Sunday’s 6-1 win over Spurs with hamstring pain.

Everton too have injury concerns of their own. NewcastleWorld takes a look at the players who are ruled out, and who are doubtful.
