The 15 players that could depart Newcastle United during the summer transfer window as new arrivals planned
It could be another eventful summer transfer window at Newcastle United with several departures expected.
It seems likely St James’ Park will be a hive of activity once again this summer as Newcastle United look to enter the next phase of their development under their PIF-led owners.
Seventeen months have passed since Mike Ashley’s haphazard ownership was brought to an end and an exciting new era kicked off on a memorable October evening. Within weeks, Steve Bruce had been replaced in the home dugout by Eddie Howe and the following two transfer windows saw the likes of Kieran Trippier, Sven Botman, Bruno Guimaraes and Alexander Isak move to Tyneside.
More exciting new signings are likely to be made during the summer as United look to build on the undoubted momentum they have built up over the course of what has been an increasingly exciting season - but a number of current Magpies players will be moved on to make way for the new arrivals.

The Magpies striker has struggled to find form since returning from the World Cup and has struggled for fitness.
