Final Premier League table: Where Newcastle United, Aston Villa & Tottenham are tipped to finish

Final Premier League 2022-23 table predicted: Where Newcastle United, Aston Villa and Tottenham Hotspur are tipped to finish.

Newcastle United currently sit ninth in the Premier League table - but where are Eddie Howe's side expected to finish come May?

It's been a difficult campaign for the Magpies so far, one that has been dominated by injuries, and Saturday's 4-4 draw at home to Luton Town probably summed up season their frustrations given its topsy-turvy nature.

Newcastle led twice in the first-half through Sean Longstaff but were pegged back both times with Gabriel Osho and Ross Barkley on the scoresheet. United lost total control at the beginning of the second-half as Luton took full advantage via Carlton Morris' penalty and Elijah Adebayo.

But Howe's men found a way to fight back. Kieran Trippier made it 4-3 before substitute Harvey Barnes equalised. There was 15 minutes plus stoppage to find a winner but it ended in a draw.

A chaotic afternoon brought further mixed news on the injury front. Barnes and Callum Wilson completed their comebacks but watched as Anthony Gordon walked out of St James' Park on crutches and wearing a protective boot after taking a knock to the ankle.

As it stands, Newcastle are 13 points off the top four and are in a battle with West Ham, Brighton & Hove Albion, Manchester United and Chelsea to finish anywhere between sixth and 10th.

How will the Premier League table look come the end of the season? Using their calculations, FootballWP have predicted where each club will finish.
