Eddie Howe’s side have beaten Nottingham Forest, AFC Wimbledon and Chelsea to reach this stage, while the Bees have got the better of Colchester United, Leyton Orient and Sheffield Wednesday.
The two sides met earlier this month with Thomas Frank’s men running out 4-2 winners at the Gtech Community Stadium.

Eddie Howe is set to make just one change to the matchday squad from the weekend win over Leicester City. Sean Longstaff is suspended, which will hand a recall to Lewis Miley.
Newcastle have a clean bill of health with the exception of Callum Wilson (hamstring), Jamaal Lascelles (ACL), Emil Krafth (broken collarbone) and Nick Pope (knee).
Sven Botman played for the under-21s on Monday night in what was his first appearance since March. The Dutchman, however, won’t be risked tonight or Saturday when United travel to Ipswich Town.
Brentford team news

Hide AdThiago joined the Bees from Club Brugge in the summer for a club-record £30million, however the forward didn’t make his debut until November as he recovered from a meniscus injury.
His full debut came against the Magpies just over a week ago but he missed Sunday’s defeat at Chelsea.
"Everyone is available from the Chelsea game," said Frank. "And Thiago is back in training, which is positive. "He has trained and it's positive - we will see. I will make an assessment [as to whether he's ready for Newcastle] on Wednesday."
Meanwhile, the Bees remain without Mathias Jensen (hamstring), Gustavo Nunes (back), Rico Henry (knee), Aaron Hickey (hamstring) and Josh Dasilva (knee).
