Manchester United look set to follow Newcastle United in getting new owners, but where might the Red Devils’ new owner rank in European football’s richlist?
The Magpies have now settled into life with their new owner, while other Premier League clubs like Chelsea and Bournemouth have joined them in welcoming new chiefs in recent times. Liverpool and Manchester United could be next, and it seems the latter will be first, with current owners, the Glazers, placing a deadline on formal expressions of interest for mid-February.
