The latest round of Premier League action gets underway today with Ange Postecoglou's Tottenham Hotspur making the trip to Molineux to face Wolves in the early kick off.

There are three matches taking place in the traditional 3pm slot with Manchester United and Arsenal both featuring before Newcastle United travel to Eddie Howe's old club Bournemouth in the final fixture of the day at 5:30pm. Per a report from Football Insider, Lyon are likely to demand £30-40million for Newcastle United target Rayan Cherki in 2024. The same site had previously reported that both Newcastle and Manchester United were interested in signing the 20-year old.

The outlet cites a 'well placed source' in saying that both clubs could see the France under 21 international as a 'shrewd signing'. He is also said to be seen as a 'potential star in the making'.

Newcastle to 'battle' for defender with Inter and Juventus

Newcastle United are 'keeping close tabs' on the progress of Lille centre-back Tiago Djalo and are ready to battle for his signature in 2024, according to a report from 90min. The Magpies are said to be 'huge admirers' of the player.

Several other big name clubs across Europe are also thought to be interested in the player which could see a transfer battle manifest. Among those clubs include Italian sides Inter and Juventus as well as Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, Borussia Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen.
