Newcastle United confirmed starting XI v Chelsea: Fresh concern as Alexander Isak & Bruno Guimaraes return

Newcastle United's confirmed starting XI v Chelsea: Magpies dealt fresh injury as Eddie Howe names team.

Eddie Howe has named his Newcastle United starting XI for the Premier League clash against Chelsea - and all three of his changes are enforced.

Alexander Isak is back to lead the line for the Magpies having spent a month out with a groin issue, while Bruno Guimaraes returns from his one-match suspension.

And in a fresh blow for the Magpies, Joe Willock drops out of the matchday squad with 17-year-old Lewis Miley handed only his second Premier League start.

Howe, already without several senior players through injury, has named three goalkeepers on the bench and four under-21s players on the bench.
