Newcastle United confirmed starting XI v Fulham: Two changes as Sven Botman decision made

Newcastle United confirmed starting XI v Fulham: Two changes as Sven Botman returns to the matchday squad.

Newcastle United's starting XI for today's Premier League clash against Fulham features two changes from the 2-1 defeat against AC Milan on Tuesday night.

Eddie Howe is without Kieran Trippier as he serves a one-match suspension. Dan Burn, back from injury, starts at left-back as Tino Livramento switches over to the right.

There's a change in midfield too. Seventeen-year-old Lewis Miley has started five consecutive games but drops out of the line-up in place of Sean Longstaff.

And on the bench is a sight to behold for Magpies' fans. Sven Botman, who has been sidelined just shy of three months with a knee issue, returns to the matchday squad.

There is, however, no Alexander Isak altogether. Howe will be asked about his absence when he speaks to the media after the game.
