Newcastle United 'could make an offer' for 'world class' free agent as manager is 'getting impatient'

The transfer window may now be closed for the year but clubs do not necessarily have to wait until January to bring in further signings to bolster their squads. The free agent market remains an option for teams around the world and Newcastle United have been linked with one of the main names in the headlines at the moment.
Adrien Rabiot has been without a club since he left Juventus upon the expiration of his contract at the end of the 2023/24 season. After five years in Italy and four trophies for his tally, the midfielder is looking for the next chapter in his career. The 29-year-old has been connected with the Premier League for a while now, and according to the latest information, England’s top flight could well be his next destination.

The report claims that both clubs ‘could make an offer soon’, which will benefit the manager of the France national team. Didier Deschamps was recently asked about Rabiot and aired his frustration that he has not yet found a new club. The 55-year-old boss has also made it clear that once the midfielder has signed for a new team, he will ‘be welcomed back’ into the France squad.
So, not only is it in the best interest of his club career to find a new side but it seems Rabiot’s international place is also riding on his next decision, and Deschamps is ‘getting impatient’.
Before his move to Juventus in 2019, the midfielder spent all of his career, aside from loan spells, at Paris Saint-Germain. Rabiot collected a total of 18 trophies during his time with the French giants and after his move to Italy, former Juve star and France international David Trezeguet had a lot of praise for him.

Now he will evaluate his options and will go back to being the important player he always was.”
