Newcastle United 'frustrated' as Eddie Howe hits out after Manchester City transfer claim
Eddie Howe has voiced his frustration at seeing his Newcastle United players regularly linked with moves elsewhere.
Usually, it’s Alexander Isak and Bruno Guimaraes but this week The Telegraph claims Manchester City have shortlisted Tino Livramento as a replacement for Kyle Walker, who is currently on loan at Serie A giants AC Milan.

The former Chelsea academy graduate also has broken into the England senior squad this season after making his debut against the Republic of Ireland in November.
Eddie Howe responds to Tino Livramento to Man City rumours
When the Livramento reports were put to Howe, the United boss said: “Yes, I think it goes without saying [we want to keep him]. I think it's frustrating for us that we're consistently talking about players, rumours to be leaving.
“We want to go the other way. We want to strengthen the group. We want to make our team and squad stronger for the future rather than lose our best players.”

“The goal was always to be playing in the Premier League as early as possible,” he said. “I left Chelsea and got that experience straight away at Southampton. I had some tough times with injuries but the club and the fans were great to me.
“Now I am at a place I absolutely love – the atmosphere, the supporters, the manager, it feels like I’m in a great place at Newcastle. I’m in the best place I could be to learn and develop as a footballer.”
Livramento is under contract at St James’ Park until June 2028.
