Jacob Murphy is in Newcastle United's matchday squad for this afternoon's Premier League clash at home to AFC Bournemouth.
The 28-year-old was named on the bench for last weekend's 3-2 win at Nottingham Forest but Eddie Howe described the winger as "unusable" because of a tight calf he felt in the warm-up.
Asked on Friday if Murphy will feature in the squad against the Cherries, Howe replied: “You need to listen to my words here.. he has not trained yet.”
However, the winger has been spotted arriving at St James' Park and is set to be on the bench.

Howe said Alexander Isak is "very, very, very close" to returning from a groin issue but the visit of Bournemouth is set to come too early for the Swede.

The Slovakian has kept just one Premier League clean sheet since coming in for the injured Nick Pope in December.
2. RB: Kieran Trippier
Another assist for Trippier last time out has put his joint top of the Premier League assist list (10) alongside Aston Villa's Ollie Watkins.
3. CB: Fabian Schar
The Switzerland defender has scored three goals in his last three games after a brace at Aston Villa and a strike against Nottingham Forest.
4. CB: Sven Botman
The Dutchman grabbed an assist against Nottingham Forest last week but it wasn't his most convincing defensive display.
