Newcastle United co-owners Mehrdad Ghodoussi and Jamie Reuben have taken to social media to react to the 2-1 win over Brighton.
Eddie Howe’s side opened up a seven-point advantage over the Premier League relegation places with their third successive win at St James’ Park.

Hide AdRyan Fraser and Fabian Schar scored inside the opening 15 minutes and were able to hold out despite Lewis Dunk halving the deficit.
The Magpies are unbeaten eight games - winning five of their last six games - and sit 14th in the table ahead of facing Southampton on Thursday.
Recogning the significance of the victory, Reuben tweeted: “Important win - up the Premier League we go.
“Supporters terrific again- thank you. @NUFC”.
Ghodoussi was blown away by the atmosphere inside St James’ Park.

Hide AdWor Flags arranged their biggest display to date with coloured foil that read “NUFC” and “Howay the Lads” in the Gallowgate and Leazes Stand.
It generated an incredible pre-match spectacle as United took a big step towards sealing their top-flight status.
Ghodoussi said: “What an incredible atmosphere yesterday.”
