Dragged out of position in the first-half but improved as the game progressed. Excellent last-ditch challenge in the closing stages.

6. Bruno Guimaraes - 7
Should have opened the scoring in the first-half after his close-range header was saved by Mark Fleffen. A gritty performance with a few encouraging moments in the final third.

Needed 45 minutes to feel his way into the game. The second half is when Longstaff’s intensity as he pressed and covered endless amount of ground, despite a couple of clumsy moments.

8. Elliot Anderson - 6
Showed balance and strength to turn in the middle of the park and set Barnes away. Drifted in and out of the game.
