Nick Pope -7

Didn’t have a save to make until injury time to brilliantly deny Timothy Castagne. Kept his first clean sheet in 10 matches.

Kieran Trippier - 7

Delivered a couple of dangerous corners but not to the consistency of Thursday versus Brighton. Got up and down the right side well.

Fabian Schar - 7

Distribution could have been better but produced a couple of important last-ditch interceptions.

Sven Botman - 7

Dealt well with Jamie Vardy’s pace. Similar to his centre-back partner, the Dutchman handled Leicester’s limited attacks.

Dan Burn - 7

A routine performance from the Blyth-born defender.

Bruno Guimaraes - 6

Lucky to stay on the pitch after his studs connected with Boubakary Soumare’s knee in the opening stages. Somehow missed from less than a yard out with a header off the post.

Sean Longstaff - 7

Slotted straight back into the midfield after a four-game absence. Brought a real balance that had been lacking in recent weeks.

Elliot Anderson - 5

Drafted in last-minute for Joelinton and dealt with the occasion well. Kept it tidy in possession but lacked creation the final third.

Miguel Almiron - 6

Linked up well with Guimaraes and Trippier but struggled to create any clearcut openings.

Alexander Isak - 6

Looked more at home on the left-hand side with the beating of Timothy Castagne in the opening stages. Missed a really good chance in the first-half.

Callum Wilson - 6

Hit the post and had a header cleared off the line. Could have had a hat-trick with his chances in the first-half.

Allan Saint-Maximin (on for Wilson, 68) - 5

Did little to impact the game.

Jacob Murphy (on for Anderson, 78) - N/A

Provided energy in the closing stages.

Anthony Gordon (on for Almiron, 88) - N/A
