Newcastle United predicted starting XI vs Aston Villa: £33m double boost & transfer decision made

We predicted Newcastle United starting XI for tonight's Premier League clash away to Aston Villa.

Newcastle United are back in Premier League action this evening (kick-off 8:15pm) as they make the difficult trip to high-flying Aston Villa.

Eddie Howe's men won 2-0 at Fulham on Saturday to advance into the fifth round of the FA Cup and claim only their fourth away victory of the 2022-23.

United have struggled on their travels this campaign, a statement no one wants to hear ahead of visiting Villa, who have the best home record in the Premier League with 28 points collected from a possible 30.

Howe's men are set to be boosted by Kieran Trippier's availability. The England international withdrew with a groin injury at the weekend but immediately declared him fit to face for Villa. Meanwhile, Miguel Almiron is likely to return to the squad after missing the trip to Craven Cottage through illness.

The Paraguayan has attracted strong interest from Saudi Pro League side Al Shabab but looks set to remain at St James' Park with negotiations understood to have stalled.

Will Howe hand Almiron an instant recall to his starting XI? Or will he stick with Jacob Murphy? NewcastleWorld predicts how Newcastle will line-up at Villa Park this evening:
