It turned out to be a disappointing return to UEFA's elite competition for the Magpies but the supporters still packed out St James' Park from start to finish.

Newcastle United ended their 2023/24 UEFA Champions League campaign bottom of their group having picked up just one win from their six matches.

Eddie Howe's side were drawn in the 'Group of Death' alongside Borussia Dortmund, AC Milan and PSG but did manage to pick up five points and were still int eh qualification fight going into their final match. Although it turned out to be a disappointing return to UEFA's elite competition, supporters still packed out St James' Park from start to finish.
