Newcastle United fan photos from Naviglio Grande in Milan ahead of the club’s Champions League return.

Newcastle United fans have descended onto the streets of Milan ahead tonight’s Champions League group stage opener.

Supporters have gathered in their thousands at the Naviglio Grande before they head to the San Siro for this evening’s 5:45pm kick-off.

Newcastle have received an away allocation of 3,900, 20 years on from when 12,000 Geordies visited the San Siro in 2003 against Inter Milan.
