Newcastle United face Everton at home this week as part of a jam-packed series of midweek fixtures to coincide with the first of Amazon Prime Video’s live coverage of the Premier League. The Magpies will be looking to earn a victory against the blue side of Liverpool, having earned a 0-0 draw in their last game against Manchester United, pushing Newcastle United to sixth in the Premier League table.

The game is part of a 20 game package that Amazon bid for, outbidding the current two broadcasters and to wet their feet in any potential move to bid for the broadcasting rights to the Premier League during the next bidding process. The platform currently owns the rights to screen Spain’s La Liga and Germany’s Bundesliga.
