Sandro Tonali's girlfriend has marked their four year anniversary by paying tribute to the Newcastle United player's career on social media.

The 23-year-old is currently one month into his 10-month ban from the sport after the Italian federation found he had broken the rule which prohibits footballers betting on matches.

Earlier this month Tonali's girlfriend, Juliette Pastore, broke her silence writing 'always and forever by your side' alongside a photo of the couple's interlocked hands.

And now Juliette has shared a photo to mark the couple's four year anniversary in a way which also pays tribute to Tonali's career so far.

The Italian shared four photos of the couple, one for each year, chronicling the different clubs the United midfielder has been at over the course of their relationship.
