Newcastle United’s confirmed starting XI v Everton: Eddie Howe makes three changes

Newcastle United’s confirmed starting XI to face Everton at Goodison Park (kick-off 7:45pm).

Eddie Howe has made three changes to his Newcastle United starting XI for tonight’s Premier League clash against Everton.

The Magpies hammered Tottenham Hotspur 6-1 on Sunday - and two scorers from the afternoon drop to the bench at Goodison Park.

Alexander Isak and Jacob Murphy, who scored braces inside the opening 20 minutes, are replaced by Callum Wilson and Miguel Almiron.

Meanwhile, Dan Burn is forced out of the starting line-up after suffering from illness in recent days. Matt Targett makes his first Premier League start since September.

Newcastle can open up an eight-point advantage over fifth place Aston Villa with a win tonight. Everton, meanwhile, are looking to jump out of the relegation zone.

Here’s Newcastle United starting XI in full.
