Newcastle United’s market value has increased by 32.8 per cent since the start of the season

The Premier League has seen more and more money pumped into teams in recent years as they look to compete for the top flight title, while even the newly promoted clubs are able to persuade some of the best players with staggering salaries. The summer transfer window saw Manchester United splash £86 million on Antony, while Nottingham Forest welcomed the likes of Morgan Gibbs-White, Taiwo Awoniyi and Neco Williams as they spent almost £150m upon their return to the Premier League.

We’ve taken a look at the latest figures from Transfermarkt to see where the Eddie Howe’s roster ranks and have also compared it to their value at the start of the current campaign.
