Eddie Howe has some big calls to make as he prepares his Newcastle United side to face in-form Aston Villa on Saturday lunchtime.
The Magpies travel to the Midlands in fine form after taking maximum points from their last five Premier League games to enhance their chances of returning to the Champions League for the first time in 20 years. They will face a severe test of their European credentials as they take on a Villa side that have embarked on a seven-game unbeaten run to thrust themselves into contention for a top six place.
Howe will assess his squad ahead of the trip to Villa Park and he faces a number of major decisions with several of his players pushing for a start after impressing from the bench in recent weeks.
