NewcastleWorld launches Newcastle United fantasy football league for 2022/23 season

Calling all Newcastle United fans and NewcastleWorld readers - we're excited to launch a fantasy football league for the 22/23 season.
More than nine million users take part in the official Fantasy Premier League game each season, with online managers picking their best XI to earn points based on what happens in top-flight matches.

Hide AdFans can plump for talisman Callum Wilson up top, new signing Sven Botman in defence and Player of the Season Joelinton in the middle of the park - as well as all the big and rising names from clubs across the Premier League.
Teams must be entered in the game by Friday, August 5 at 6:30 pm.

How many players can I pick?
Each manager picks a squad of 15 players before the season starts.

Hide AdThis is made up of two goalkeepers, five defenders, five midfielders and three forwards.
Managers are awarded a total of £100.0m to spend, with the league's most prolific players costing more than others.
How many Newcastle United players can I have?
Each fantasy manager can only pick a maximum of three players from any one team.
You may want to select the whole Newcastle United XI, but you'll have to be selective with who you pick - perhaps Kieran Trippier, Bruno Guimaraes and Callum Wilson... the choice is yours!
How often can I change my team?

Hide AdEach manager gets one free transfer to make to their team each 'Gameweek'.
They can then make unlimited additional transfers, but each will cost them four hard-earned points to do so - so do so wisely.
