This is how Newcastle United are expected to line-up against Fulham.

Newcastle United return to Premier League action at Fulham following the two-week international break.

Despite not playing, it’s been a stressful fortnight or so for Eddie Howe & Co after a few injuries concerns emerged.

Bruno Guimaraes and Alexander Isak picked up knocks whilst training for their respective nations, while Chris Wood hurt his rib during New Zealand’s 2-0 loss to Australia.

Guimaraes, alongside No.9 Callum Wilson, are expected to feature at Craven Cottage in two huge boosts for Howe. Isak, however, joins Jonjo Shelvey, Karl Darlow and Emil Krafth on the sidelines.

Elsewhere, late calls will be made on Wood and star man Allan Saint-Maximin, who United are desperate to see back after missing the last three Premier League games with a hamstring issue.

So, with key players returning, or at least close to, and others missing out, NewcastleWorld predicts Newcastle United’s starting XI to face Fulham:
