Eddie Howe celebrated the two-year anniversary of his appointment as Newcastle United manager earlier this month - and what a ride he has experienced during the time that has passed.
The Magpies were in a very different place when the former Bournemouth manager was named as successor to Steve Bruce in November 2021. Languishing in the bottom three and without a win to their name, United looked odds-on to suffer a third relegation from the Premier League.
But with Howe's ability to bring the best out of players and some strong backing in the transfer market, the Magpies were transformed from Championship possibles to Champions League competitors within the space of 18 months and enjoyed a first visit to the major cup final in almost a quarter of a century.
But how would the Premier League table look if it was based on results during Howe's St James Park reign? NewcastleWorld investigates...
