There is plenty of excitement as Newcastle United turn their focus towards what could be another transformative transfer window this summer.
January has already been identified as one of the key reasons the Magpies have eased their relegation concerns and could even end the season in the top half of the Premier League table.
Of course, the signings of Dan Burn, Kieran Trippier, Bruno Guimaraes, Matt Targett and Chris Wood have all played a part in the undoubted improvement over the second half of the season.
But Howe and his coaching staff have also improved several members of their existing squad to mould the United side into a more solid unit.
