Watch as Newcastle United owners brilliantly enjoy St James’ Park kickabout after Crystal Palace win

Footage from NewcastleWorld show Newcastle United’s owners enjoying a kickabout after the full-time whistle against Crystal Palace.

Newcastle United owners enjoyed a St James’ Park kickabout following the 1-0 victory over Crystal Palace.

Eddie Howe’s side moved onto 40 points after Miguel Almiron’s goal in the 33rd-minute decided the game.

It was a sixth straight home victory for the Magpies, who sit 11th in the table and level on points with Brighton and Hove Albion who are one place above them.

With Premier League survival secured, albeit not mathematically, the club’s owners were understandably in high spirits at full-time.

Watch NewcastleWorld’s footage as co-owners Mehrdad Ghodoussi and Jamie Reuben enjoyed a kickabout, with Amanda Staveley also present.

Non-executive chairman Yasir Al-Rumayyan, who flew in from Saudi Arabia for his third match at St James’ Park, later raced down from the directors’ box.
