There is no rest for Eddie Howe and Newcastle United, as the Magpies travel to North London to take on Tottenham Hotspur this weekend. The visitors will play at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London on Sunday (October 23) with a kick off time of 4.30pm.
Newcastle’s last game during the week, part of Amazon Prime Video’s deal to screen 20 games this season, saw the Magpies overcome Everton thanks to a brilliant goal from Miguel Almerion. The Paraguayan international chipped a shot outside the goal, beating Jordan Pickford and earning Newcastle all three points in their 1-0 win.

No one since Sir Bobby Robson has steered Newcastle United into a top four finish, which the late manager did in the 2002/2003 Premier League season. But with the run of form the team have found themselves on, coupled with the fantastic displays from Almerion and Kieran Trippier, could Howe finally break that record?
