Originally hosted in 2015, Lindisfarne Festival offers a chance for North East music fans to see some of the country’s top names without needing to leave their home region.

This year the weekend long event returns to the coastline and some big names are on show.

This year’s festival falls between September 1-4. Ticket holders have access to the site from the Thursday until Sunday.

What is the lineup for Lindisfarne Festival?

Drum and bass band Rudimental and British icons Madness will be headlining the festival this year.

Madness will be playing the Shorefields Stage on the Friday night of the festival while Rudimental will be playing the festival’s main stage on the Saturday.

Away from the biggest names across the weekend, the lineup is stacked with a mix of local names such as Smoove and Turrell, Beth Macari and Faye Fantarrow to festival favourites from across the UK like Beans On Toast, Elvana and Oh My God! It’s The Church.

The festival’s namesake will also be represented with Northumberland based Lindisfarne playing a set on the Friday. A full list of confirmed acts can be found on the festival’s website.

Are tickets still available for Lindisfarne Festival 2022?

At the time of writing, weekend tickets and day tickets are still available. Music fans can access every day of the event for as little as £113.47. This price allows access to the festival between Friday and Sunday while a £124.04 ticket gives access for the Thursday of the weekend too.

Day tickets also remain available, although these are only available for the Friday and Saturday of the festival. These are priced at £68.84 and £74.09 respectively. No one aged under 18 can access the festival.

Where is Lindisfarne Festival held?

The festival calls the Northumberland coast home, and the event can be found at Beal Farm, opposite the famous Holy Island. The site is easily accessible from the A1 and is eight miles away from Berwick which can be reached from Newcastle by train.
