Maximo Park at Newcastle City Hall: Set times, setlist news as well as support slots and how to get last minute tickets

The local band are heading to Newcastle this week as part of their Singular tour, and here’s all you need to know about the set.

Tyneside based band Maximo Park will play the final night of his UK tour on Friday, November 14 at Newcastle’s O2 City Hall.

The opening show of their UK tour took place in Cardiff on Sunday 13 March and they are returning to their home town to finish off a run of 11 shows across the UK which has taken them from Bristol to Glasgow.

    The night at the City Hall will begin with Dutch indie quartet Pip Blom. The group will release their second album Welcome Break on Friday, November 12 and have already built up a small following in the North thanks to headline sets at Independent in Sunderland earlier this year.

    What are the set times for Maximo Park’s concert in Newcastle?

    Previous shows throughout the tour have seen doors open at 6pm with Pop Blom starting their set at 7pm and Maximo Park playing from 8pm while others have seen each act start an hour later. The band keep fans up to date with set times on their social media platforms so fans should keep an eye out there for any official times.

    The venue’s website claims doors are at 7pm.

    In addition to official ticket resale sites such as Twickets, limited tickets remain on sale for the venue’s seated balcony section. Fans wanting to still go can guarantee their place now or wait to see if any standing tickets become available.
