The Gin and Rum Festival is returning to Newcastle this November, offering a unique experience. The festival will be at Event Northumbria, an event venue part of Northumbria University. It will take place on November 26.
At the event, there will be music from an award-winning DJ and live entertainment alongside alcohol samples from hand-picked guest distillers and themed gin and rum bars. There will be over 120 of high quality gins and rums to choose from, many of which are completely exclusive to the festival and a huge selection of flavoured alcohol too. A brand-new addition to the 2022 festival is a themed tequila bar, which will have a variety of up to 20 authentic tequilas.
The founder of the Gin and Rum Festival, Bobby Nanua, said “We’ve had such a fantastic year touring the UK and we’re excited to be bringing this experience to Newcastle once again! We always love it when we return back to cities we’ve visited before, they become a second home for us.”
Tickets are priced at £15 and can be purchased here. Tickets include entry, a reusable stainless-steel straw, a gin and rum guide, a branded Gin and Run Festival Copa glass and a carry satchel for it. There will also be complimentary samples given alongside educational talks from the guest distillers, and a premium selection of mixers and tonics.
