Blaydon Car Boot Sale
Depending on the time of year, local residents can head to the car boot sale at Blaydon twice each week.
Sunday car boot season at Blaydon Rugby Club runs between the start of May and the final weekend of October with Wednesday car boots taking place from Wednesday, May 3 until Wednesday, September 27.

Hide AdThe site opens at 9am for sellers on Sundays and 8:30am on Wednesdays with the midweek sessions coming to an end at midday. Sellers rates start from £10 for a car and go up to £21 for a lorry while adults can enter to browse for £1. Senior citizens can enter for 50p with children getting free entry.
Blue Flames Car Boot Sale
They may not happen as often as other car boot sales across the region, but sales at Blue Flames Sporting Club can be hugely popular. Most events take place on bank holidays and anyone looking to sell can take a car for £8 or a van for £10.
The site also offers an ‘early buyer’ entry cost of £5 which gives buyers half an hour of quieter browsing before standard buyers can enter from 9am for £1.

This car boot sale in Mortpeth is open every Sunday and bank holiday Monday. The sale offers very early entry to sellers which cost an additional £3 from the £12 for cars and £14 for vans which are the prices for the regular entry.
Public admission from 10:30am until 12 noon is £5 with any entry after midday costing £1. The sale usually runs until 3pm.
Wellfield car boot sale
Heading over to Whitley Bay, Wellfield car boot sale takes place on Earson Road in North Tyneside and sometimes offers free seller spots on special weekends such as bank holidays.

Temple Park Leisure Centre indoor car boot sale
This South Tyneside car boot sale takes place on one Sunday every month and uses a heated indoor venue with a snack bar, which means no food or drink can be sold.
Tables cost £8 each and sellers can arrive from 9am while anyone looking to browse or buy can for 10am. Entry costs £1.
