England’s campaign gets underway in the North East this weekend and this is all you need to know if you are heading to the fixture.

With the men’s competition out the way earlier this month, the Women’s Six Nations kicks off this weekend with three fixtures including one in Newcastle.

England will host Scotland in one of three opening fixtures for the tournament at Kingston Park , home of Newcastle Falcons, on Saturday afternoon.

When do England play in the Women’s Six Nations?

England kick off their campaign in Newcastle on Saturday, March 25 at 4:45pm.

The following weekend the squad will host France at Franklin's Gardens in Northampton before travelling to Cardiff Arms Park to face Wales in the tournament’s final fixture on Saturday, April 15.

Is England vs Scotland in the Women’s Six Nations on TV?

The game will be shown on BBC Two. Coverage starts at 4:15.

Are tickets still available for England v Scotland at Kingston Park?

Tickets, which were available through the RFU website, are no longer available to buy online.

How to get to Kingston Park rugby stadium

The stadium is well served by the Tyne and Wear Metro and both Kingston Park and Bank Foot stations are less than a ten minute walk from the public transport stop. Metro work on the line between Airport and South Gosforth is expected to have come to an end ahead of the weekend.

The stadium is also easily accessible from the A1 for anyone driving. Parking at the stadium is very limited.
