

Rugby fans can finally attend the much-anticipated Dacia Magic Weekend at St. James’ Park.
The tournament was postponed from May 2020 due to coronavirus restrictions, but the event is now set for September 4 and 5.

Three fixtures are planned for Saturday, and three for Sunday.
Ticket prices
Adult weekend ticket prices range from £41 for Cat 3 tickets to £110 for platinum day tickets. Cat 2 tickets can be purchased for £60, or Cat 1 tickets for £75.

Day tickets for adults can be purchased too, starting from £25 for Cat 3 tickets, and rising to £75 for platinum.
Under-16s weekend ticket prices range from £20 for Cat 3 to £55 for platinum. Day tickets can be purchased for prices ranging between £12.50 to £37.50.
Concession tickets are also available, starting at £30 and rising to £90 for a Platinum weekend ticket. Day tickets are available also, starting at £20 for Cat 3 seating and £60 for Platinum.

All ticket holders are eligible for the Magic Weekend Fan Zone, as well as seating for the six fixtures.

Magic Weekend Fan Zone
The Magic Weekend Fan Zone will run alongside the matches from 1pm to 7:30pm on Saturday, and 12pm to 5:30pm on Sunday.
Primarily hosted at Strawberry Place, the Magic Weekend Fan Zone is hosted by Metro Radio and offers inflatable fairground rides, competitions and chances to win Super League shirts, and a Dacia car showcase.
OddBalls underwear will be available for purchase too, with proceeds going towards cancer charities.

DJ Kenny D and DJ Matt Bailey will also perform on the Fan Zone stage.
Discounts for ticketholders
Ticketholders can also expect discounts from stores and entertainment venues around the area.
The WonderBar offers refillable coffees for 99p, as well as two bottles of Moretti or Heineken for £6. Also on offer are children’s meals starting at £3.99 and a free Fruit Shoot.

Cineworld will offer ticketholders student prices for adult tickets, while Starbucks gives 10% off to anyone with a Magic Weekend ticket.
The CTRL Pad will allow ticket holders two hours of game time for £5, while The Mayfair is offering a burger and bottle of Coors beer meal deal for £5.95.
