Halloween fun in Newcastle

Well it’s spooky season, and there’s plenty going on to celebrate Halloween.

A full weekend of fun is happening at the Jubilee Club in Newcastle starting on Thursday, October 28, and you are invited to dance the days away with some of the best tribute acts around paying homage to Little Mix, One Direction, Ed Sheeran and Beyoncé. There will be prizes for the best dressed and and plenty more surprises to be announced.

Now, can it ever be too early to start planning for Christmas?

Well, the Christmas Fair North East has got you covered. For 2021, the fair will be moving to the newly-refurbished Newcastle Racecourse, in Gosforth Park from the 28th-31st October.

You can expect up to 250 of the very best local, regional and national designers, makers and retailers to fulfil all your Christmasy needs. This is a ticketed event, and tickets are available to order online.

West end leading Beverly knight can be found at Newcastle’s Theatre Royal until the 23rd of October with a brand new musical, The Drifter’s girl.

LIVE music is back!

And finally, Newcastle’s biggest inner city festival will return on October 23.

Originally scheduled for April, organisers are determined to get the region’s live musical calendar back on track in the wake of Covid-19, and are now ready to bring you this day of music taking place at various venues across the city. DMA’s, Sports Team, and L Divine are just some of the acts making up the line up for this year’s event.
