Food hygiene ratings handed to two Gateshead establishments

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Gateshead’s pubs, bars or nightclubs, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Gateshead’s pubs, bars or nightclubs, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Lambs Arms Inn, at Greenside Road, Crawcrook, Ryton was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on October 27.

And Victoria Inn, at Kells Lane, Gateshead, Tyne And Wear was given a score of one on October 27.

It means that of Gateshead's 174 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 110 (63%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
