The Coachman, a pub, bar or nightclub at Coachmans Inn, Burnthouse Lane, Whickham, Gateshead was given the score after assessment on September 22, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Gateshead's 174 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 111 (64%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
