Lucky Dragon, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 568 Durham Road, Low Fell, Gateshead was given the score after assessment on September 20, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Gateshead's 268 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 212 (79%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
