Mooboo, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 32 The Boulevard, Metro Centre, Whickham was given the score after assessment on May 10, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Gateshead's 248 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 197 (79%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
