A Gateshead restaurant has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

A Gateshead restaurant has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Bradley Garden, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Bradley Gardens, Sled Lane, Crawcrook, Wylam was given the score after assessment on January 19, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Gateshead's 257 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 214 (83%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
