A Gateshead takeaway has been handed a new three-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

A Gateshead takeaway has been handed a new three-out-of-five food hygiene rating.
DOUBLE DRAGON, a takeaway at 7 Front Street, Swalwell, Newcastle Upon Tyne was given the score after assessment on December 2, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Gateshead's 186 takeaways with ratings, 105 (56%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
