Pizza Masters Gateshead, a takeaway at Unit 1teams Village Shops, Askew Road West, Teams, Gateshead was given the score after assessment on July 20, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Gateshead's 198 takeaways with ratings, 114 (58%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
