Star Of Asia, a takeaway at 155 Ravensworth Road, Dunston, Gateshead was given the score after assessment on March 21, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Gateshead's 202 takeaways with ratings, 121 (60%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
