A Gateshead takeaway has been handed a new three-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

A Gateshead takeaway has been handed a new three-out-of-five food hygiene rating.
Bilals, a takeaway at 4 Southend Terrace, Sheriff Hill, Gateshead was given the score after assessment on February 11, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Gateshead's 188 takeaways with ratings, 111 (59%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
