A Gateshead takeaway has been handed a new three-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Peking House, a takeaway at 94 High Street, Felling Central, Felling was given the score after assessment on June 29, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Gateshead's 199 takeaways with ratings, 115 (58%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
